RHG Integration designs and builds custom machines, tooling, and fixtures for manufacturers — from new equipment builds to bringing an existing machine up to modern automation standards, without the cost of a full replacement when a fix is the smarter call.
From a single fixture to a full new machine build — or a retrofit — we scope, design, and build to what your line actually needs.
Concept through built part — fixtures, dunnage, material handling carts, and process equipment engineered and fabricated in-house, drawings you can hand straight to your floor.
Purpose-built tooling and fixturing for forming, welding, and assembly operations, designed around how your process actually runs — not a catalog part that's close enough. That includes picking the right alloy and coating for the job, from common tool steels like 4140, P20, A2, D2, H13, and S7 to more exotic options like powder metallurgy and CPM alloys.
From a blank sheet to a running station — we design and build new automated equipment when that's genuinely the right call for the job.
Bringing older machines up to modern automation standards — new controls, sensors, and safety systems — without the cost of a full replacement, when a fix is the smarter move.
Real jobs, from a retrofit off the shop floor to material handling built from scratch.
5 tons of press force in a 750ms cycle — a spec off-the-shelf presses from major manufacturers can't hit. Not possible with a standard ballscrew; very possible with custom automation and a clever mechanism.
The expensive custom mechanical gearbox is gone — replaced with a flexible servo indexer at a fraction of the cost, on a short lead time, and open to rethinking how the machine runs.
Fold-down rack design built to protect part quality and cut return-freight volume.
Powered lift-and-tilt cart designed to bring parts to an ergonomic working angle at the line.
Four-wheel steer cart designed for tight-aisle maneuverability on the shop floor.
No account managers or hand-offs between departments.
We walk your process or inspect the machine to understand the real constraint.
We model the solution in CAD, or spec the controls package, and review it with you first.
We fabricate in-house or upgrade the equipment you already own.
Installed and fit-checked on-site — regional turnaround.
RHG Integration was started by manufacturing engineers who care more about the right solution than the biggest invoice. We've all worked in plants ourselves, so we understand the operational problems our equipment has to solve. Our engineers bring experience across agriculture, electronics, automotive, defense, and oil & gas. Sometimes the right answer is a new machine, designed and built from a blank sheet. Just as often it's fixing what you already have — because "buy new" can mean throwing away a proven process just because it's outgrown its original mechanical adjustments or its spares have gotten hard to source.
You talk to the person designing and building your part — no layers, no re-explaining the job.
Based in Burlington, Iowa and built to serve manufacturers across the region.
Comfortable designing from a blank sheet or working within legacy platforms and hard-to-source parts. We recommend what actually solves the problem.
Send over your prints, a photo of the part, or just a description of the problem — we'll follow up to scope it properly.
